According to Mark
Easter 2022
Few people nowadays have ever heard the full story of the life of Jesus, and know very little about his biography. Here, in just an hour-and-a-half, you can hear the blow-by-blow account of the extraordinary life which changed the world as we know it.
Some 2000 years ago, Jesus emerges as an unknown from the town of Nazareth, in the midst of a world under Roman occupation. Before long, this man begins to teach at religious venues. Crowds flock to hear him speak. The word on the street is that people are being healed from every kind of sickness and disease. Who is this man, and what's it all about? Is he a fraud? Or is there something in it? James Scott presents a dramatized recitation of the Gospel According To St Mark live on stage at The Australian Centre for Christianity and Culture and The Perform Australia Theatre. |
